MainFrame is connected with 4 x 25 Gbps independent network adapters,
other upload points have 2 x 10 Gbps connections each, You can use 1 Gbps for one session

BUT

please remember, it depends not only on our connection speed which is much more efficient that You can possibly use but on much more variables like bandwidth and limitations between operators, connection between continents if You are not in Europe, saturation of Your WiFi or cable connection, GSM/LTE/5G if You are using it, Your CPU consumption, antivirus software and sometimes even on that if You are watching some movie right now or if system update is waiting for installation.

In most cases investigations finishes with something like "ohhhhhh sorry, my associates were just downloading new Star Wars movie and used whole bandwidth" or "I was a lot too far from wifi access point so I had 2 Mbps connection" so please, first thing to do is check if everything is ok at Your end before You write a ticket. Believe us or not but if something is going bad on our end, we know that and do everything we can to neutralize any issues as soon as possible, even earlier :-)
